The Site Allocations DPD was submitted to the Secretary of State (Planning Inspectorate) on 19th February 2010. Inspector Robert Neil Parry BA Dip Tp MRTPI has been appointed as Inspector and Abigail Heard as the Programme Officer. Slough Borough Council has submitted the Site Allocations Development Plan Document (DPD) as part of the Local Development Framework for independent examination. The purpose of the examination is to consider whether the Site Allocations DPD complies with the legal requirements and is ‘sound’.
The Site Allocations Development Plan Document along with the Submission Proposals map, the Sustainability Appraisal Report, copies of the representations made, consultation statement, Statement of Community Involvement and documents which support the Site Allocations DPD (evidence base) can be viewed by appointment at the Council Offices from 9:00-16:45,Monday to Friday, as well as the Council’s libraries (Central, Britwell, Cippenham and Langley) and at 'My Council' at Landmark Place, High Street, Slough, SL1 1JL, opposite Slough Library.
